The AIFE was looking for a quickly operational DMS at the best cost to manage 15,000 documents making up the documentation for the French State's accounting software, Chorus. Like more and more public organizations, AIFE has been won over by the ease of use of GoFAST and the Open Source concept based on the heart of Alfresco.
They chose the CEO-Vision Platform because of :
- speed of its installation (24h)
- ease of use (45min for the main functions)
- the OpenSource concept on an Alfresco base
- the quality of customer care and the strong involvement of CEO-Vision in the project
The CEO-Vision team adapted GoFAST to the very specific requirements of AIFE by developing functionalities and modeling workflows. The objective was to optimize the circuits of editions, corrections, validation and publications of documents between internal and external teams.
GoFAST is already used by some AIFE employees and will be deployed to all participants (AIFE and its service providers) from January 2017.
AIFE, The Agency for French State Financial Information Technology under the authority of the Budget Minister. The AIFE defined and implemented Chorus, the French state's financial information system that manages expenditure, non-tax revenue and public accounts, for a volume of one billion euros per day.
Tax applications alone generate around 250 million data integration operations per year with peaks between 5 and 10 million transfers per day during tax returns for businesses and taxpayers.
