No more file servers and document platforms scattered in different directions! In 2019, the Occitanie region launched the deployment of the GoFast document management solution. Objective: to centralize knowledge to facilitate its sharing and simplify the collaboration.

'In terms of documentation, the solution replaces file servers. With these, in addition to the difficulty of setting access rights, the rate of information duplication was 4 or 5, or even more. The tree structures were multiplying, document version management was impossible. There was a wealth of information, but an overall loss of knowledge.
The highly integrated approach proposed by CEO-Vision has attracted us, as their results commitment on those open source technologies. As soon as the information is intended to be capitalized and shared, or it is confidential, the use of GoFast is essential.
Getting the full benefit of a collaborative DMS first you have to change the way you work. It takes time, energy and resources. We have to take some time to think about the work organization, the information sharing and the way of collaboration. Having a human-sized service provider has allowed us to benefit from their strong listening capacity. This is a guarantee of success.
Eventually, the solution should also facilitate the sharing of documents from business applications. These include more and more DMS functions, for supporting documents for example. We will develop connections between GoFast and these applications, rather than using their own DMS."
