The use of a simple web browser: No need to have your own laptop, you can use any computer with a web browser to access all content, edit it, collaborate with colleagues and track document updates. Once the session is over, access is locked and no data remains on the computer used.
Activity summary: Instead of getting lost in numerous e-mails and attachments, users receive a twice-daily summary of document activity and associated comments in their mailbox. This enables them to keep track of project progress efficiently.
Chat and web-conferencing: The platform offers an easy-to-use private chat tool, "Element", and web-conferencing with "Jitsi Meet". Users can schedule and hold meetings with colleagues and external partners without needing to install anything on their computer. Access to web-conferencing is via a simple URL link, and instant messaging ensures confidentiality of exchanges.
Offline mobile access: Users can even access their content without an Internet connection, for example on a train or on a plane. Thanks to a software such as Mountain Duck, a synchronized copy of the users' files is available on their laptop, enabling them to add new files and modify documents offline. Changes are then synchronized with GoFAST once a network connection is available.
Optimized mobile interface: GoFAST can also be accessed through a smartphone or a tablet. The mobile web interface is adapted to small screens and limited bandwidth, and offers features such as quick content search, document preview, comments and task tracking.
