This year, the conference will be dedicated to AI, with the theme "Local authorities facing the challenges of digital sovereignty"
More than 150 exhibitors including manufacturers and software publishers are expected.
We will host a workshop, on the topic: "Feedback: Moving away from SharePoint and more broadly from Microsoft"

At a time when local authorities are strengthening their digital sovereignty strategy, a major deadline is approaching: the end of support for SharePoint 2016 and 2019 starting July 2026. This situation is prompting many public organizations to question the future of their collaborative platforms and the control of their data.
In this workshop, we will cover:
- Digital sovereignty at the heart of current challenges for local authorities, balancing regulatory requirements, data control, service continuity and reduction of technological dependencies.
- The risks associated with the end of life of SharePoint 2016/2019, and the implications for IT departments: security, compliance, migration costs, operational continuity of teams.
- Concrete feedback from local authorities that have already completed their transition, such as the City of Nanterre, or the Department of Haute-Savoie, which chose to abandon SharePoint in favor of a sovereign, collaborative and sustainable solution.
