AGS Garantie des Salaires wanted to replace a DMS that was no longer giving satisfaction at all. The AGS asked a reputable consulting firm to select their new platform. After numerous tests around the relevance of the search engine and the user experience, the GoFAST platform was chosen.
In addition to installing and configuring the platform, CEO-Vision migrated from obsolete DMS to GoFAST with retention of all metadata..
The choice of Open Source was not only a political choice but also an economic one, because the proprietary solutions of the big editors are too expensive when the number of users is large.
Ultimately, standards smooth out complexity and allow interoperability. With GoFAST we have the best of both worlds!

Botanic initially chose to use CEO-Vision's GoFAST as a collaborative platform and documentary repository for 2 important software migration projects. These projects involve more than 50 internal and external collaborators (prestigious, international and professional IT services) and thousands of project documents.
