The Departmental Council of Eure-et-Loir wanted to set up a collaborative and DMS platform of the “Digital Workplace” type. The objectives of the project are to replace the "selected" Intranet and optimize case and convocation management, as well as enhance knowledge of the contents concerning the Cantons, including mail. It was also necessary to organize collaborative work in the editing, exploitation and dissemination of content on an evolving platform adapted to current and future uses.

Republic Technologies wanted to create a collaborative DMS solution to :

  • have effective management of their large documentary database
  • strengthen the collaboration of their teams
  • secure their data and exchanges
  • control their business processes

In 2018, the Republic Technologies teams turned to CEO-Vision after selecting the GoFAST collaborative DMS platform as a solution to their business requirements.

The Group chose for a 2 month POC to test the potential of the platform :

GoFAST has revolutionized the way of working at Enabel and especially of collaborating in the digital age, thanks in particular to its applications which make it possible to manage thousands of documents on a single platform; to edit them online and instantly, even to several users simultaneously; and thus make accessible versions that are always up to date, searchable by hundreds of people around the world.

No more working with dozens of emails and attachments, or juggling different versions.

On the occasion of the merger of the former Languedoc-Roussillon and Midi-Pyrénées regions, the new Occitan Region has redesigned their information system, including document management.

As part of this IS redesign, the Region has chosen the GoFAST Collaborative DMS platform to centralize, secure and manage all of their working documents in a cross-functional way.

Besides the fact that the GoFAST solution is simply brilliant, I also particularly appreciate the collaboration with the CEO-Vision team, which has always been very responsive and attentive to the specific needs of our organization.

Samira shared this testimony when she was "Head of Organizational Development & Digital transition Lab" at the Belgian Federal Agency Enabel
